As a fellow introvert, I know exactly how uncomfortable that can feel. Our mission is to help introverted female entrepreneurs lean into those strengths and grow businesses that feel sustainable, joyful, and aligned. I’ve been through the ups and downs of building a business as an introvert, and I created this program to make that path smoother for others like me. I’m Inga Fay, and I’m living proof that you can thrive in both your passion and your profession. As a mechanical engineer with a love for dance, I turned my energy and love for fitness into Master Classes by Inga Fay, a traveling workshop series that inspired and educated fitness instructors all across the country. I helped instructors and trainers earn continuing education credits while reminding them that fitness can be fun with a funky beat.

With certifications in kickboxing, Pilates, group exercise, and core training, I created classes that blended movement, creativity, and soul. My weekends became high-energy adventures, often earning up to $2,000 while sharing my passion for fitness, empowerment, and dance.

Alongside my fitness journey, I built a thriving direct sales business, achieving nearly $200,000 in lifetime income while working part-time. I generated top 5% sales results without high-pressure tactics, driving growth and team success through genuine leadership. My success has been centered around a relationship-first mindset, focusing on authentic connections, trust, and empowering others to shine.
