Cancellation/Refund Policy
www.ingafay.com and www.doyouboo.me does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our office. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, www.ingafay.com and/or www.doyouboo.me does not take the title to the refunded item.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We have a 30-day cancellation and/or refund policy on all purchases not purchased via print-on-demand company whether online or mailed and refunds will not be issued past 30 days of purchase.
Branded merchandise (t-shirts, tumbler, phone cases, or journals) are provides via Printify. Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
